Custom Plan and Financing Referral Services
We understand that writing a business plan specific for the development or acquisition of a self storage facility can be a difficult and time consuming process. As such, we are able to provide you with a completely customized plan that we will write specifically for your needs. We can develop this business plan on a three-year or five-year basis depending on the requirements of your financial institution.
For a flat fee of $425, we do all of the work for you including:
- Developing the complete text of the plan
- Completing all necessary market research (including a competitive analysis)
- Development of the financial tables (on a three-year or five-year basis)
Through this service, we work closely with you to develop a stunning plan that is appropriate for a bank or investor (or both)!
Over the past 17 years, we have developed a number of plans for storage facilities including standard facilities, facilities that also offer boat/RV storage, temperature controlled facilities, and large scale industrial parks that offer services beyond storage units. If you work with us in developing a custom plan, we are happy to provide referrals to financing sources.
Once we receive the necessary information from you to complete the work, it takes five to seven calendar days to complete both the business plan and the interactive pitch deck.
Please note that if you purchased the template on this website, we will fully credit the fee towards creating a custom plan for you.
